View Closed 811 Tickets on a Map

This article explains how you can view closed 811 tickets on a map.

Once an 811 utility locate request (ticket) is closed, the pin representing the ticket is removed from the map. That helps to keep the map clean and only show active, or open, tickets. 

Follow the steps below to view closed.

Instructions

  1. Open a map that has the Locate Request layer loaded. Then click the Tickets button.
  2. Click the triple dot menu icon.
  3. Tap the View Locate Request History button.
  4. Drag a box over the area where you would like to see the closed tickets. 

A notification at the bottom shows the number of closed tickets that were added to the map.

Now you can click on any of the tickets to view the complete ticket information. Click on the Log tab to view the completed ticket.
