Add a Phone Number to Receive Locate Request Notifications

This article explains how to add a phone number to a user profile in order to receive locate request emergency/rush ticket notifications.

In order to receive locate request emergency notifications via text message, a cell phone number will need to be added to a user profile.

Instructions

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select the Organization tab.
  3. Click on Manage Users.
  4. Select a user.
  5. Click Open User Details.
  6. Input the Cell Phone number.

Success! You've now added a phone number!
