Create Workflows


In this article, you will learn how to set up Workflows for 811 accounts in the UtiliSync Admin app. Only a user with admin access can set up this functionality.


Instructions

  1. Open the Admin app and select the 811 Accounts tab.
  2. Tap on the Workflow button for the account you want to work on.

  1. Tap on +WORKFLOW to create a new workflow.
  2. Name the workflow.
  3. Set the conditions for the Workflow so that when the Conditions are fulfilled by a ticket, the Do the following tasks will happen automatically.
  4. You can create multiple Workflows, just tap on +WORKFLOW to start a new one. Remember to tap the SAVE WORKFLOWS button when you are finished.


Success! You can now set up automated Workflows for your incoming 811 tickets.
