Download Files

In this article, you will learn how to download files for a site in the UtiliSync Inspect app.

If you need all of the files that are attached to a certain site, we have a tool that will help you.

Instructions

1. Click on the site on the map. This will open the Info Panel.
2. Click on the Docs tab.
3. Click the More Options (three dot) button next to + UPLOAD FILES.

4. Last, click All Files and Folders under Download.

Once you click All Files and Folders, it may take a few minutes for the UtiliBot to gather all of the files and folders and to put them into a zip file. When it is done, you will see a new zip file downloaded in your browser.

Success! Now you have all of the files and folders for that site.
