Add an 811 Account

In this article, you will learn how to add an 811 account in the UtiliSync Admin app.

Instructions

1. Select the 811 Accounts tab in the admin app. Click here to open.
2. Click + 811 Account.
3. Select your One Call center, and the options that are associated with that call center, then click Create 811 Account.

Success! You now added an 811 account.
