Markup a Document

This article explains how to Markup a Document in the UtiliSync Inspect app. Click on the links if you would like more instructions.

This feature is only available if the organization that created the site has an Enterprise license.

Instructions

  1. Once you have Added a Document to a Site, you can use the markup tool to add details and emphasis.
  2. Open your Site Info Panel and Docs tab.
  3. Open the More Options (three-dot) menu to the right of the document you would like to markup and select Markup.
  4. The More Options menu at the top right in Markup offers the following image editing tools: Rotate Left, Rotate Right, Fit to Screen, Crop, Add Legend, and Download.
  5. The Undo and Redo tools are located directly below the More Options menu.
  6. The remaining tools are located at the top left and will be explained in separate articles.
  7. Make sure to click Save and Close when you are finished using the Markup tools, you will also have the option to either Save a Draft and continue working in Markup or Save and Close your Markup.
