Make Forms Available to Organization Users or Site Contacts

In this article, you will learn how to make a form available to Users in your Organization or to Site Contacts in the UtiliSync Admin app.


Instructions

  1. Open the form you would like to create or edit in the Form Builder area of the UtiliSync Admin app.
  2. Click on the Settings tab on the left of the screen.

  1. The last two option toggles enable you to designate who is able to fill out and submit this form. If you enable Organization Users, then anyone with a UtiliSync user under your organization will have access to this form. If you enable Site Contacts, then just those that are on the Site Contact list will be able to access this form. You can also enable both of these options.

Success! You can now make forms available to Organization Users or Site Contacts.
