Creating Action Items

In this article, you will learn how to create Action Items in the UtiliSync Inspect app.


Instructions

  1. Select the site from either the Map or the List
  2. Open the desired form from the dropdown if you need to complete a new form, or from the Log if you want to continue a form you have already started. The form must be on a UtiliSync layer.
  3. Scroll to the Action Item field in the form and select +ADD.
  4. Use the Action Item panel to describe, assign, and add photos to your Action Item.
  5. Select the Save Action Item button. The designated User will get an email with this assignment.

Success! You can now create Action Items.
