Create a Public Link

In this article, you will learn how to create a Public Link for a site in the UtiliSync Field Reports app.

Instructions

1. From the map in the UtiliSync app, click on a site that you would like to create a Public Link for.
2. In the info panel that opens, click on the Share icon. 
3. In the next info panel, you can click to Open the Link in a New Tab to see the site information and documents that anyone else with the link will see. 
4. Click on the Copy icon and now you can paste this Public Link into an email to anyone that needs access to it.
5. Click on Close.

Success! Now you can create a Public Link and share it with anyone who needs access to information about your site.
