Set User Access for 811 Accounts

In this article, you will learn how to set 811 account access for a user. By default, users have access to all 811 accounts. You might want to allow a user to only access some, or none, of the 811 Accounts. Follow the instructions below to learn how to configure 811 account access.


  1. Sign in to the UtiliSync Admin app.
  2. Click on Organization from the menu on the left. This will show you a list of all of the users in your organization.
  3. Click on the user that you would like to edit access for.
  4. his will open the Edit User panel.
  5. Scroll down to the Access section. Here you have the option to give your user access to all, none, or just selected 811 accounts.
  6. If you click on the Selected option, a list of all of the 811 Accounts will appear.
  7. Checked boxes indicate which 811 Accounts the user has access to. When you are done click on Save.
  8. This will bring you back to the Edit User panel. Click on Save again and close the panel.

Success! You can now edit the access each of your users has to 811 Accounts in your Organization.
