Create, View and Edit Forms

In this article, you will learn how to use the Forms page in the UtiliSync Admin app.


  1. Select Forms from the menu in the admin app.
  2. This will provide you with a list of the forms available to you. The list is organized by Layer.
  3. You can Search for a form and Add a new form at the top of the list.
  4. You can select the Edit or Delete Form icons at the right of each Form's Name and Layer.
  5. Select a form and you will see the Edit Form options. By default, you will be on the Edit Form page.
  6. You can also configure the Settings for this form by selecting Settings from the Edit Form menu.
  7. You can change the form Title, Description, and Folder in the Settings. 
  8. You also have options to enable or disable using the toggles.
  9. From the Edit Form page, you can also format any of the UtiliBots assigned to this form by selecting the desired UtiliBot at the left.

Success! You can now create, view, and edit forms in UtiliSync.
