Create Tasks

In this article, you will learn how to create Tasks and assign them to contractors in the UtiliSync Docs app. UtiliSync provides contractors with an email link to all forms and documents available for a site as well as an interactive list of required tasks with photos. 


  1. Select the site that you would like to add a Task to.  
  2. Select Tasks at the top of the info panel.
  3. Select + Schedule Form.
  4. Use the fields to assign your Task.
  5. Enter your desired due date.
  6. When you are finished, select Schedule.

Success! You can now add a Task to a site.
