Complete a Ticket Offline

This article explains how to complete a ticket offline using the UtiliSync 811 app.


Instructions

  1. Open the UtiliSync app when you have a good internet connection. This will ensure that all new tickets up to that point are in your ticket list.
  2. Select a ticket from the Ticket List (You are unable to select a ticket on your map when you are working offline).
  3. Clear your ticket and the information will be saved to your device until you can download it.

Success! You have completed a ticket offline! When you get back online, you will need to Upload Your Tickets Submitted Offline.
