Delete a Form Submission

This article describes how to delete a finaled form submission or draft in the UtiliSync Inspect app.

Instructions

To delete a Finaled Form Submission:

1. Select a Site/GIS Object on your map.
2. Click the Log tab.
3. Click the Clipboard icon in front of the form that you want to delete.
4. In the More Options menu, select Delete. 

Note: Only the user who submitted the form or an admin user can delete a form submission. The delete button does not show for users who do not have permission to delete the form.

To delete a Draft:

1. Select a Site/GIS Object on your map.
2. Click the Log tab.
3. Click the Clipboard icon under the form to open the form dialog.
4. From the More Options menu click Delete.

Success! You have deleted your finaled form submission or draft.
