View Full Ticket Details

This article explains how to view the Full Ticket Details for your 811 Tickets in tms.utilisync.app.

Instructions

  1. Select a Ticket from your Map or Ticket List.
  2. In the info panel that appears, select Ticket.

  1. A new panel will show the printable version of the ticket provided by the one-call center.

Success! You can view Full Ticket Details.
