Clear a Ticket From the Map

This article explains the process of clearing a ticket from the Map in the UtiliSync 811 app.  


Instructions

  1. Tap on a ticket on the Map so the ticket info panel opens.
  2. Select your locate request form from the Select a Form dropdown if it is not already there by default.
  3. Tap the + icon to open the form.

  1. Complete the form as required.
  2. Then tap Clear Ticket.

Success! You have cleared your ticket from the Map.
