This article explains the process of clearing multiple Tickets from the Ticket List. The layout will look different varying by device but the process is the same.
Select the Tickets you want to clear.
Select your Locate Request form from the dropdown. Note: Another dropdown will appear if you have multiple Locate Request Layers. Select the Layer with which you are working. Then select your Locate Request Form.
Click the + icon.
Complete your form. Note: Do not fill in the fields that say Varies By Ticket. These fields will be pulled in automatically and filled with the information from each Ticket.
After you have completed your form, click Clear Ticket.
Success! You cleared multiple Locate Request Tickets from the Ticket List.
