This article explains the process of clearing multiple tickets from the ticket list page. The layout will look different varying by device but the process is the same.
Select the tickets you want to clear.
Select your locate request form from the dropdown. Note: Another dropdown will appear if you have multiple locate request layers. Select the layer for which you are working with. Then select the locate request form.
Click the orange + icon.
Complete your form. Note: Do not fill ill the fields that say Varies By Ticket. These fields will be pulled in automatically and filled with the information of each ticket.
After you have completed your form, click Clear Ticket.
Success! You cleared multiple locate request tickets from the list view.
